The DAPP token leasing market is live. You can use the market to lend or borrow DAPP token utility. Before getting started we encourage you to familiarize yourself with the platform by reading this article and asking us questions (here). To get started leasing or borrowing DAPP, visit the exchange. Tutorial and DAPP Token Leasing Overview

Why DAPP Leasing?

The DAPP network offers a variety of second layer scaling solutions that make building enterprise grade dApps easier. DAPP network Service Providers (DSPs) offer “packages” that developers can leverage to build their applications. In order to access DSP packages you must stake DAPP tokens. In some cases staking millions of DAPP is required.

The DAPP token leasing market helps ensure low cost access to the DAPP network. Instead of having to own the DAPP token, developers can borrow DAPP at a fraction of the cost. And DAPP token holders who do not use their tokens can lend them to generate income.

How Does It Work?

The DAPP token leasing market is a “pool market” that has price fluctuations based on a predetermined algorithmic formula (“bancor style” curve). We customized the algorithm to help ensure liquidity is available at all times to enter and exit the market.

For Lenders

Lenders deposit DAPP tokens into the leasing pool smart contract and receive “CDAPP” tokens in return.
CDAPP tokens can be redeemed for DAPP tokens at any time.
In return for CDAPP, lenders will receive the original amount of deposited DAPP tokens, plus the interest that has accrued from borrowing fees.
CDAPP tokens will only increase in price (same as REX on EOS).

There are no fees for lenders.

For Borrowers (Developers)

Developers will borrow from the DAPP token leasing pool as needed.
They will be able to select desired packages within the Chintai exchange portal.
Each package selection automatically allocates the exact amount of DAPP tokens required.
All loans will be 30 days.
Interest is paid upfront at market rate. As more DAPP is borrowed the interest rate will naturally increase.
The price increase is based on a predetermined algorithmic formula that is designed to help maintain ample liquidity in the leasing pool.

Fees for borrowers are 10% of the paid interest plus a flat fee of 100DAPP tokens.

Chintai DSP & Rewards

Chintai has launched a DSP. We will provide a rewards package that can be accessed by borrowing DAPP on the Chintai platform. Stake to chintaidevop to earn rewards. The Chintai DSP will distribute 80% of rewards. Lenders who deposit their DAPP tokens in the Chintai DAPP token leasing pool will earn double rewards by simultaneously lending their DAPP and staking to the Chintai DSP.

Brief Tutorial

Please use the following instructions to get started using the DAPP token leasing market. If you have any questions or do not understand how to use the DAPP token leasing market after reading this tutorial we strongly encourage you to reach out to our team for help.

Please note that the price graph and “Your Queue” panel will be activated shortly after launch when data has started populating.

For Lenders

Login to the Chintai exchange using scatter or hardware wallet.
After logging in the order entry panel will appear centered below the price chart.
Make sure you have selected the correct market in the upper left panel called “Markets”.

To begin lending you must deposit DAPP into the Chintai exchange. Use the bottom left panel called “Balances” to deposit DAPP. “Liquid” balance indicates the amount of DAPP you have available in your account to deposit into Chintai.
Select the amount you want to deposit into Chintai, select “deposit”, and then click “submit deposit”
After successfully depositing DAPP you will see your “Deposited” balance increase.

Use the order entry panel to lend DAPP and unlend CDAPP. Type in the amount you want to lend and click “Place Order”.
If you lend DAPP you will receive CDAPP tokens.
You will see your CDAPP balance in the balances tab.
CDAPP can be exchanged (unlend) at any time. To unlend CDAPP use the Order Entry panel marked “Unlend”.
Enter the amount of CDAPP you want to unlend and then “Place Order”.
After you unlend you will receive your original amount of DAPP tokens plus the interest from borrowers and rewards from the Chintai DSP.
You can withdraw your tokens using the “order entry” panel at any time.

For Borrowers

To begin borrowing DAPP please login and deposit DAPP. If you do not know how to deposit DAPP please read above section for lenders.
Once you have logged in and deposited DAPP you will be able to borrow as needed using the order entry panel.
Use the panel above the price chart to determine the interest rate and amount DAPP available to borrow.

Most package selections will automatically populate the amount of DAPP tokens you need.
You can set a “max interest” payment to make sure you do not spend more than expected.
Each loan is 30 days and will need to be manually renewed to continue seamless servicing.

To earn rewards using with the Chintai DSP choose “stake service” under the “service” tab and “chintaidevop” under the “provider” tab.
After selecting the amount you want to borrow and the interest rate, choose the account you want rewards to be sent to.

如何出租

登录 Chintai 交易平台。我们支持 Scatter 或硬件钱包登录。
登录后，订单提交模块，会出现在价格图下方。
由于 Chintai 有不同的市场，所以，请确保您在左侧的“Market(市场)”模块中，选择了正确的市场: DAPP 租赁市场。

想要注册，您需要将 DAPP 代币充值到 Chintai 交易平台。使用左下方的 “Balances(账户余额)”功能，充值 DAPP 代币。 “可用余额” 是指您的 EOS 账户中可以充值到 Chintai 的 DAPP 代币数量。
