The foundational elements of the Chintai leasing engine are nearing completion. Now the fun can begin. Our sights are set on leveraging Chintai to fundamentally change existing industries, and open the doors for new blockchain-based use cases.
Chintai is targeting mass-adoption. We will support this mission by providing a market efficiency layer for utility-based tokenized assets, build several products to enhance existing applications, and deploy a social platform that is complementary to our services.
Automated Resource Management For Dapps
Set it and forget it. User experience and management of resources should be seamless. Starting May 10th, Chintai will offer the first trustless system for automated CPU management for dApps and their users.
- The blockchain will be hidden from users, and allow them to continually interact with dApps without needing to manage CPU.
- Chintai automated resource management is like a “pay as you go” mobile service provider. Dapps can pay upfront for their service package, and Chintai will flexibly supply resources as necessary. You never pay more than you use.
- Our service will guarantee the fair market price — you’ll never pay artificially high rates.
- Businesses can deposit EOS or CHEX into their Chintai Resource Account.Those who use CHEX will receive a discount.

New UI — OTC — REX
The first wave of Chintai 2.0 upgrades that will allow users to “Lease Everything” will arrive mid-May. The new UI will come with additional features to enable a highly personalized leasing experience. We will also be ready to start incorporating additional leasing markets on the basis of demand.
In May the OTC market will deploy. OTC users will have full custody of their EOS tokens for the duration of any lease, and therefore retain airdrops/voting rights. All OTC orders will eventually be collateralized by CHEX.
Starting late May we will deploy our REX UI, which will offer unique trading metrics such as tracking of APR and rental volume to help users make the best possible choice for leasing. In the future REX borrowers will also be able to track the full life cycle their loans, and lenders will be able to track the gains on each deposit into the REX.
Chintai will offer a full custody P2P option for leasing any supported token on the Chintai platform. Users who want to use our P2P functionality will need to have a specialized account (provided by Chintai) that has special permissions for delegating and undelegating bandwidth. All accounts using P2P leasing will receive airdrops and retain voting rights.
Chintai Virtual Items & Collectables
Chintai is collaborating with EOS dApps (more announcements coming soon) to facilitate NFT/SFT leasing and trading. Our matching engine will be the backbone for NFT/SFT leasing and trading, and be entirely obfuscated from the user experience. Users will rarely see Chintai. Instead, users will have a seamless experience within any given dApp, never needing to manage an additional key or leave the application they are using.
Chintai Social Platform
We’ve started the development of a social media platform that will integrate a variety of our services, and change the face of existing social platforms. Our goal is to allow people to develop unique social ecosystems that could only be made possible by Chintai and blockchain technology. More information coming soon.

新 UI — OTC — REX
