Chintai Automated Resource Management
Chintai automated resource management is like a cell phone tower for EOS. Once you’ve signed up, Chintai will silently enable you and your users to seamlessly transact on the EOS blockchain. Every EOS resource (RAM, CPU, NET) is managed based on your custom desires.

Setup Information
Determine Your Needs
Setting up Chintai resource management is as simple as sending a transaction. First, determine what you want to pay for:
- Ensure your own smart contract account(s) always have available CPU/NET.
- Ensure all of your customer accounts which use your smart contract(s) also have sufficient CPU/NET available.
- Automatically buy RAM for your own account(s).
Setup Account & Balance
Transfer EOS or CHEX to the automatedres contract which will setup your internal account and starting balance. This balance is used to delegate resources to your account on the basis of parameters you choose.
Customize
Execute the configure action specifying:
1) payer: Which account you want to pay for CPU/NET (your own account here)
2) account_to_watch: Which account needs resources
3) pay_for_users: True/False if you want to pay for customer accounts CPU/NET on this account (anyone who interacts with account_to_watch)
4) ram_buffer: How much free RAM you want to maintain at all times in bytes.
Once you have chosen your parameters, click “push transaction”
NOTE: If you do not want to use one or multiple of these options, enter “0” in the field.
If your account being watched is low on resources, EOS will automatically be deducted from your balance in the automatedressmart contract and rent resources accordingly.
Removing, Canceling, & Black List
You’re free to cancel the service or add/remove from your balance at any time. Remember, the system will automatically work as long as you maintain a balance.
Remove Balance: Use the withdraw function. Simply enter the payer and the amount.
Remove Account: You can remove an account_to_watchwith the delconftabaction.
Black List User: If you are watching a smart contract and paying for users, you can blacklist a user to stop them gaining resources from using your smart contract with the addblacklistaction
FAQ
Does Chintai have access to your account, or account permissions?
No. Chintai will never have access to your account or private keys.
Is there a cost for the service?
Yes. Fees for the service are virtually unbeatable. All fees are calculated by volume. Fees: 0.15% when paying with EOS and 0.075% when paying with CHEX. (CHEX is starting at 50% reduction in fees).
Example: 1 EOS is delegated to you, the current market rate is 0.03%, you would pay 0.0010 EOS-worth of CHEX.
Can I cancel?
Yes. You can stop the service at anytime.
Do I have to be a dApp to use the service?
No. Individual users can also use the service.
